I ordered my usual size it didn’t fit anything like the size chart made it seem. It was weirdly tight in some spots but baggy in others, so it just felt awkward overall. I ended up having to send it back, which was frustrating enough, but then I got stuck in this support loop where I kept getting the same generic replies instead of any real help. Disappointing because I really expected the sizing to be more accurate.

I ordered from lemieux.com because the product page made it sound like the item had specific features and sizing that would work for me. When it showed up, it just didn’t really line up with what I thought I was buying, which was frustrating. i already tend to be skeptical of product descriptions online, and this pretty much confirmed that feeling for me.

Customer service was fine enough, but it didn’t really solve the main problem. I still had to spend time sorting out a return for something I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if the info had been clearer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the email updates were a little slow, so there was a short moment where I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. That said, the money was back in my account quickly, so in the end it wasn’t really something worth stressing over.

I’ve ordered from Lemieux a few times now and, to be fair, most of what I wanted was actually in stock, which doesn’t always happen with horse gear online. A few colours and sizes were sold out, so I did have to keep checking back, which was a bit annoying. Still, compared to a lot of other horse shops online, it’s probably one of the better ones. I’d give it 4 stars

The stuff is nice enough, but it feels way too pricey for what you actually get. I was expecting better quality for the money (maybe my expectations were too high), and a few of the items don’t feel much different from cheaper brands I’ve bought before. It’s not bad, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again
